The carpet is very soft and looking nice but it will be better if there is more thickness. Price should be more reasonable.

FAQ's
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your rug arrives — no advance payment needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad usually receive orders faster. You'll receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup and full refund.
Will my rug shed?
Some shedding is normal for new rugs, especially wool and high-pile rugs. This typically reduces within the first few weeks of use. Regular vacuuming (without a beater bar) helps speed up the process.
Can I use this rug on marble or tiled floors?
Yes, but we recommend using a non-slip rug pad underneath. Marble and tiled floors in Pakistani homes can be slippery — a rug pad keeps the rug in place and protects your floor from scratches.
How do I choose the right rug size?
For a sitting room, the most common sizes are 5x8 ft or 6x9 ft. A good rule: place the front legs of your sofa on the rug. For a dining area, choose a size that allows chairs to remain on the rug even when pulled out. Contact us if you need help measuring.
How do I clean my rug?
For daily maintenance, vacuum regularly. For spills, blot immediately — never rub. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug washing (dhobi) every 6–12 months depending on foot traffic. Avoid soaking rugs at home as it can damage the backing.
What materials are your rugs made from?
Our rugs are made from a variety of materials including wool, viscose, polyester, and cotton blends — both imported and locally manufactured. Each product listing mentions the specific material. Wool rugs are most durable; viscose rugs offer a silky sheen at a great price point.
