RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We care about your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase from Farsh. Our return and exchange guidelines are outlined below:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery from any of our retail outlets or via courier. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached, along with the purchase invoice.

Please note:

Color or texture due to lighting, screen settings, or photography will not be considered valid reasons for return.

REFUND POLICY

We follow a No Refund policy. However, in rare cases (e.g., if the ordered item is out of stock), a refund may be processed. Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Policy – Frash

At Frash, we aim to deliver your rugs, mats, and carpets quickly and safely to your doorstep. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–7 business days across Pakistan, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly during sales or seasonal peaks. We currently offer nationwide shipping, and all orders are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our Exchange Policy will apply.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We may not be able to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:
After 7 days of delivery.

Used, washed, or altered in any way.

Damaged after delivery due to mishandling or environmental factors.

Discounted price or during a clearance sale.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you’ve received a defective item. Our team reviews each case individually.

A product is considered defective if:


Manufacturing fault (e.g. stitching coming apart on arrival, fabric defect, wrong size or shape).

Not considered defective:
